“Take my hand. We will walk. We will only walk. We will enjoy our walk without thinking of arriving anywhere.”

Yoga Nook has been a registered Yoga Teacher training facility with Yoga Alliance since 2006.
We offer RYT 200 & more advanced training RYT 300. We also offer CEU’s for current Yoga Alliance Registered teachers continued education.
Our 10 month RYT 200 program is the only teacher training program in Ventura county that includes a retreat as part of its syllabus. Two nights and three days of Yoga, great food, laughter and even a little relaxation will get you in touch with the teacher within.
Teachers exploring the advanced 12 month, 300 hour training to achieve their 500 hour certification can expect capsule to be taught over a weekend with the exception of the two 5 day retreats, one evening meeting (for a field trip) and 4 individual field trip extensions on Sundays which are offered at off site at various locations of Yogic interest in the LA and Ventura area.
For more information, please visit the Teacher Training page or check out our upcoming Teacher Workshops!
