Special Events & Workshops

Workshops

We offer unique workshops led by our teachers who share their knowledge of a particular style, technique, or approach.  You do not need to be enrolled in classes to attend a workshop or special event.  Typically workshops are 2 or more hours long.

Teacher Workshops

Several times a year we offer Workshops geared toward Teachers that are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Every three years starting from your initial date of registration with Yoga Alliance, each RYT and E-RYT must complete and log a minimum of 10 contact hours of training.  Some of the teacher workshops are also open to "yoga nerds" as well!  Please check the schedule and description of each workshop for more details.

Special Events

Often we will bring in teachers in different modalities to host a special event at our studios.  Events are typically about a hour long and are open to our members as well the community who are interested.  Kids yoga classes, Satsung with Brian Lottman, Freedom Drum Circles with Christopher Ramirez are some examples of events vs. workshops.  We also will open up our studios to host meetings and events for relevant causes and organizations.  If you are interested in having a special event at our studio, please email us.

Retreats

We have one or two retreats annually with destinations locally and to a beautiful location in Newport, Oregon.
